But these are only the external attributes of this spiritual movement, which is not uniform. It has its own serious and positive values.

The central idea of the New Age culture is that the humanity is at the critical point of its evolution, and after that point there must follow the global change of human mind. The New Age philosophy is characterized by the following regulations:

· The Universe has a mystic nature. The world is based on Love. The Universe is basically kind and has a vector of development.

· Consciousness is global. The mankind is united, and communication and openness are very important for it.

· Spirituality is indivisible into sects. All religions express the same values. The most important for any religion is the right of a person to choose their own way in whatever form, traditional religious or the form of secular spirituality.

· Plenty is preferred to lack. There are enough material and spiritual resources for everybody in the world.

· The Importance of protecting the environment; ecological life-style, responsibility for the nature.

· Human potential and individual development: human beings have bigger potential than they actualize, they in essence are divine. People are responsible for the development of their potential and their self-actualization.

· People create their own reality through their behaviour, feelings and thoughts. They are responsible for their own life.

· The importance of feminine values: the necessity to restore the balance of the feminine and the masculine in society.

· Holistic model in science and medicine: the Universe is not a mechanism made up of incidentally functioning parts, but a living organism functioning as a whole.
