1. First of all discuss in pairs with your partner the following questions: Do you travel much? What countries have you been to? What language did you speak there? Was it difficult for you to speak English and to understand other people? Do you usually book tickets well in advance? How do you do that?
Air Tickets Open tickets cost you more. All First and Business class tickets are open, i.e. you can change your flight times. Full-fare Economy tickets are usually open. Cheaper tickets are usually Restricted, i.e. you can't change them. The best known-type is APEX (Advance Purchase Excursion). Often you have to stay overnight - something most business travellers won't want to do!
