- professional qualities a person should possess
- gender factor
- education necessary for a successful career
- personal characteristics which will be very helpful
- personal characteristics which would impede making a professional career

Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (pronounced [ˈdɒdsən]) (1832 – 1898), better known by the pen name Lewis Carroll, famous author of Alice in Wonderland, was also a noted professor of mathematics at Oxford University and a prominent political analyst. He devised Dodgson's Method of calculating votes during the elections.
