Competitive StrategyDate: 2015-10-07; view: 490. Following, a table with the main Italian competitors, in the luxury shoes segment, operating in Ukraine is showed. For each element, a point between 1 and 5 has been assigned (5=high, 1=low).
According to the data above, the more close competitors in the Ukrainian market should be Nero Giardini e Loriblu, two Italians companies geographically located in the same county in which Tod's is present. However, from a global point of view, the main competitor is represented by Prada, another Italian company, which is present in the same competitive arena of Tod's. Following a profile of competitive advantages of Tod's and Prada are illustrated.
