The World Islands are artificial islands these islands are composed from sand. It is a Nakheel Properties project and it's was originally an idea by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai. Basically the world islands are a man-made archipelago of 300 islands constructed in the shape of a world map. This is an extra beautiful place to be visited in Dubai.
