Verbal Reprimands

Look at the picture. What kind of teacher talk is presented? Is it necessary to use verbal reprimands? Why/ Why not? Are there any advantages of using reprimands in the classroom? If yes, what are they?

Give examples of reprimands from your practice in the school. Tell your colleagues about your experience.
