After morning exercises Rick takes a shower and gets dressed. Then he has breakfast. Rick lives within a walking distance from the university. He leaves the house at eight a.m. It takes him twenty minutes to get to the university. He prefers to walk, but if he is in a hurry he takes a bus. He is never late for classes. His elder brother Tim wakes up at six a.m. He doesn't do morning exercises. He doesn't do morning exercises not because he is lazy, but because he has no time. He gets dressed, has a wash and quickly eats his breakfast. Tim must get up at six o'clock because his work begins early and he lives far. It takes him an hour to get to his work. Tim is an engineer. He works at a chemical plant. Tim leaves the house and goes along the street to the bus stop. On the way to the bus stop he goes past a library and a supermarket. He turns round the corner from the supermarket and goes across the road towards the bus stop. He usually takes Bus Number Seventeen to go to his plant. Then he gets off at the “Chemical Plant” stop and walks away from the bus towards the plant. In a few minutes he is inside the building of the plant. Vocabulary:
