Reservations have been made to accommodate ten people from Belarus.
Oh, yes, sir. Five double rooms, for a fortnight. Your check-in time is 3 p.m. Will you sign the register/fill in your arrival card?
Where do I sign?
Just here, sir – full name, home address, date and signature.

The porter will help you with your luggage. I hope you'll find your room comfortable.

| Here are your rooms, sir. We've done everything possible to provide you with good accommodation. All the rooms are with private baths, telephones and background music.
What about television?
There is a television room on the ground floor. By the way, you can have our central papers free every morning. You can also have all room services day and night. There is a service directory in each room for you to know.
The range of services is really quite big. There is a fax service, valet service, transportation services, television channel guide. You can find the information about local hospitals, restaurants, shopping, safety and security and what not!
Mind that safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk for small valuables. They are free of charge. We have vending machines on each floor. There are also video games and a snack machine in the lobby.
What about meals? Do we have to go out?
No, we serve breakfast in the breakfast room on the ground floor. It is from 7.30 till 10. For meals and drinks in the room we charge an extra 10 %. If you want to have a full breakfast, you must fill in a breakfast order and hand it to the waiter. But I think continental breakfast would be sufficient. It is included in the cost of the room.
