Thousands more swamped the telephone ticket line, which sold its allocation of 3,000 seats for Saturday's game before 9 a.m. “There were so many calls, we couldn't carry on with the hotline and we wanted to reward the 2,000 people who had made the effort to come to Wembley for tickets,” said a Euro-96 spokesman.
