Task 1.Answer the following questions.

1. Now being a student, do you live in your parents' home, students' dormitory or do you rent a flat/ room?

2. Have you or somebody you know well ever rented a flat/ room?

3. What do people normally do to find a nice place for rent? What questions do they ask the owner about the place? What do you think there should be in such a place – think of accommodation, furniture, etc.

4. What kind of place you would never live in even if the rent was very low.

5. Work in pairs. Remember as many words to do with renting/letting a place as you can. Use the diagram to help you.
