Course description
The aim of the course is to give
· An overview of energy issues in Central Asia and the broader Eurasian region
· An introduction to the main concepts and theories in the study of political economy of energy issues – both national and international political economy
· Help the students to see the value of applied political science for their job prospects
· Discussion of thesis topics related to energy politics
All students enrolled for the course are required to attend all seminars. A register of attendance at any meeting of the class will be maintained.

· Обзор вопросов в сфере энергетики в Центральной Азии и наиболее обширной Евразийской области
· Введение в основные концепции и теории изучения политической экономики энергетических вопросов – как национальной, так и международной политической экономики
· Помочь студентам увидеть ценность прикладной политологии для перспектив их трудоустройства
· Обсуждение диссертационных тем по энергетической политике
Посещаемость:
Все студенты, записанные на курс, обязаны посещать все семинары. Журнал посещаемости будет вестись на каждом занятии.
