2.1. The total value of the equipment, spare parts, tools, technical documentation and services in the volume of the present Contract amounts to __________.

2.2. The prices per item are specified in Appendices No ___.

2.3. The prices are firm and subject to no alteration.

2.4. The prices are understood __________ franco-railway car-border __________ or in accordance with other basis conditions of delivery including the cost of packing, marking and other delivery expenses.

The Sellers have sold and the Buyers have bought the equipment hereinafter referred to as “goods” on terms f.o.b. port __________.

The Sellers will deliver to the Buyers f.o.b. port __________or free on rail __________frontier or f.o.b. airport __________ or will send by post to the address (description of equipment, instruments, etc., their technical specification or reference to quotation or to Catalogue number), complete with standard spare parts, required technical documentation and corresponding accessories.

 

The quality of goods shall conform to the technical conditions laid down in Supplement N 1 to the present contract. The quality of the goods shall conform to the samples agreed and certified by the parties.

 

The total amount of the Contract is __________. The prices are firm for the duration of the Contract, not subject to any alterations and understood to be f.o.b. __________ including export sea packing, marking, loading into holds, port and dock dues on the cargo, custom formalities.
