How can the following notions be related to culture shock?

Ethnocentrism – the idea, belief that your own group or culture is better or more important than others.

Adaptation

1. a change in one's behavior that makes them better able to live in a particular place or situation.

2. the process of changing to fit some purpose or situation : the process of adapting.

 

Adjustment

1. a small change that improves something or makes it work better.

2. a change that makes it possible for a person to do better or work better in a new situation

Study the Culture Shock Curve and describe it in writing (150-200 words). Dwell on the stages of a stay in a foreign country related to it. Pay attention to time periods.
