· Marketing is the term given to all the different activities intended to make and attract a profitable demand for a product.

· Marketing means that you don't have to worry about selling your product, because you know it satisfies a need.

· Marketing is a company's choice of what goods and services to offer, which is based on the goal of satisfying consumers' needs.

· Marketing is sale, production distribution, which is producer centred only.

· Marketing is a general term used to describe all the various activities involved in transferring goods and services from producers to consumers.
