Writing a story “If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.” ― Stephen King Our today's lesson is devoted to writing stories. Have you ever created stories of your own? Didn't you tell your friends about a nice traveling around Brazil when you had spent a long boring summer at Granny's country house? Didn't you explain to your Mom the unbelievable, extraordinary and of course the most honest reasons for your shirking school?

Now let`s call our imagination! Close your eyes and let your worries drift away. Imagine your restful place. Picture it as vividly as you can—everything you can see, hear, smell, and feel. You are thinking about a dock on a quiet lake. Walk slowly around the dock and notice the colors and textures around you. Spend some time exploring each of your senses. See the sun setting over the water. Hear the birds singing. Smell the pine trees. Feel the cool water on your bare feet. Taste the fresh, clean air. There are 2 extra , which don`t have the corresponding definition and the `lucky` ones who get them are to explain what it is. Well done! |
