1. These days we are going through a new society of nine-to-fivers. We are involved in what is fast becoming a 24-hour revolution, where everything is open all hours. It seems really good but your body is not intended of a round-the-clock lifestyle. You don't have to deprive yourself of needed rest outsmarting your body's rhythm because then you will run the risk of seriously damaging your health. You will be depressed, anxious, accident prone, you will suffer from heart disease, fatigue, difficulty breathing, frequent viral infections, high levels of glucose and fat remain in your bloodstream. So try not to switch off you clock and be in tune with your nature environment.

 

2. For goodness' sake! I can't stand it any more! My daily routine is not trying to save my live in the long run. I'm fed up with this. I became so depressed, stressful and pale. My routine is so boring and predictable, and it is not in tune with my environment any more. My life just pass me by. I need some rest, I need a place miles away from hectic life, for couple days, where are no more tiring journeys on public transport.

 

 

3. –Good afternoon! What seems to be the problem?

- Well, I give up. I became so indifferent to everything including my family because of my job. Aren't there any pills you can give me?

- Taking medicine is not the best solution. I can suggest you something and I think you will be interested in it.

There you will meet local miners and prospectors who constructed this place. You also must know that from its source the water works its way down through the rock, and deeper it goes, the hotter it gets. It is known as a natural steam bath.

 

4. If you have itchy feet and have the intention of visiting a volcanic crater, hiking in a national park or visiting a wildlife reserve the Lanley will be right up your street. The area is filled with bubbling geysers, mud pools and hot springs, which are famous for their relaxing and pain-relieving qualities. The springs can help people with asthma, insomnia, hay fever, muscular pain, ulcers. The water from Lanley is acidic, which go off earth.

 

5. Last week I came to school, as usual, but in few hours I felt aching muscles and my unusual paleness attracted attention of my fellows. My nose was so red because of a runny nose, that's why my teacher advised me to see a doctor. I felt so sick and giddy. The doctor was kind to me, I complained of a headache, sore throat and sore eyes. He took my temperature, felt my pulse after what he said that I caught a cold. He had an injection, wrote out a prescription and told to go to a chemist's. After following the doctor's directions in a week I felt much better and I was fully recovered.

 

6. –Hello, I want an appointment with the dentist. Can you recommend a good one to me?

-Yes, Dr.Simpson.

- Hello, how can I help you?

-Doctor, my tooth hurts when I bite something and after that I have bleeding gums. I think I have a broken tooth or my feeling fell out.

- Okay, at first let's have your tooth X-rayed. I see that I have to feel it. I think you don't need a crown on your tooth.

-I don't want to have the tooth pulled. Can you save it?

- You don't need false dentures. Done. Take one pill three times a day after meals and everything will be alright.

 

7. When me and my boyfriend were riding the bicycles, he not noticing the big hole, fell off it. I tried to put my finger on it but I don't have a strong stomach looking at blood. Now he is in the emergency room at the local hospital where the doctor examining him. He has a bad cut on his knee and on his forehead. The doctor have to put a couple of stitches in that. Thanks goodness, only the skin is broken. Suddenly Oleh felt a painful muscle contraction in the right thigh. He pulled the main muscle, that's why he feels a bit dizzy. So, the doctor advises him to take one tablespoonful of the medicine two times a day before meals.

 

8. My brother has been doing sports since 1999. My parents are keen on it and always impressed by his knowledge of doing it. He has an idea of being identical to Mr Olimp. That's why he always tries to make an impression on sponsors, showing them a great increase in his force. He goes after a big dream investing all his money in sport stuff inviting people to different parties who will go roundthe information about his gym.

 

9. Don't try to consider your daily routine or your body clock as something negative. It is the main part in our brains which called the hypothalamus. It plays an important part in our physical and psychological well-being. It is what makes us tick and controls our hormones, immune functions and alertness. So, it has no intention of interfering in our health.

 

10. These days lot of people suffer from indigestion only because they eat too much, too fast, drink too much alcohol, smoke and so on. They can feel pain in the upper part of stomach, fullness during or after the meal, an acidic taste in their mouth. Because of this their body can run the risk of serious health problems including: ulcers, stomach cancer, stomach infections and much more. So, you have to alter your lifestyle and you will never be ill with it.
