1. What is the difference between a merger and an acquisition? How are mergers and acquisitions perceived by: employees? shareholders? customers? the general public? Why are American executives sent to M&A classes? What lessons can be learnt there? How to survive a merger? Give advice and recommendations.

2. What are the good and wrong reasons for M&As? What are the pros and cons of taking over the business? Speak about risks and opportunities.
What are the 5 Gs? How can they be applied to M&As? Give examples.

3. What types of assets and liabilities do you know? What company's document gives a picture of its assets and liabilities? What information is involved in company's annual report? Give a brief description of the work of accountancy firms.

4. What are the two main ways of raising capital in business? Explain the difference between highly leveraged and overleveraged companies?

6. Speak about preparing effective visuals for presentations. Give guidelines on how to use them correctly. How to prepare a presentation slide? Advise on the best way to present information in PowerPoint.
