A great many hotel workers, shop-assistants and bus-drivers took part in "the Week of Politeness" which was arranged by some public organizations in Riodelmonte. "The Week" ended in a somewhat unusual way. When the jury announced the results, many participants were disappointed. They caught the members of the jury and beat them. 28 people were taken to hospital.
