Control questions

1. Describe the methods of silvering in the temporary teeth.

3. Describe the chemical-mechanical method of treatment of caries of the temporary teeth in children with Carisolv system.

4. Describe the ART- method of treatment of temporary teeth in children. What are its advantages and disadvantages.

5. Recall the modern sealing materials used for pediatric treatment, explain the choice of them.


Ñaries of the permanent teeth is one of the most common stomatological diseases of children. The timely diagnostics of dental caries in children provides for the anatomical and functional integrity of teeth.

Aims:To master the methods of diagnostics and functional diagnostics of the permanent dental caries in children.

Control questions:

1. Name the classification of caries of the permanent teeth in children according to the clinical development, depth of affection and localization.

2. Give the clinical characteristics of the primary, superficial, medial and deep caries of the permanent teeth in children with various stages of root maturation.

3. Make the differential diagnostics of different caries forms of the permanent teeth in children.
