3. There are such types of managers as personnel manager, financial manager, sales manager, marketing manager, etc.

4. In big organizations there are usually top managers, middle and first-line managers.

5. Top managers are responsible for the solution of strategic and conceptual issues across the organization.

6. Middle managers are responsible for the main function or department.

7. First-line managers are responsible for day-to-day activities of a working group.
