The Goods shall be considered as delivered by the Sellers and accepted by the Buyers: in respect of quality – according to the Quality Certificates issued by the manufacturing plant or the Seller and in respect of quantity – according to the number of cases and weight as shown in the Bill of Lading.

Final qualitative and quantitative acceptance of Meat shall be made at the port of destination according to the data of the Survey Report issued by the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a neutral organization. The results of the Survey are final and binding upon both parties.

When it is possible, the Sellers, with the Buyers' consent, can delegate to the port of discharge their representatives who could assist at the discharge of the cargo.

Should the data of the Survey Reports of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry show any deviation in respect of quality and/or quantity as compared with the Certificate of Quality and/or quantity as compared with the Certificate of Quality issued by a competent organization in the Seller's country, as well as in respect of weight and/or number of cartons indicated in the Bill of Lading, the Parties shall make recalculations In compliance with the data of the Survey Reports of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Buyers (and/or their representatives) shall have the right to inspect the Goods in respect of quality and quantity before loading and in the process of loading the Goods aboard the vessel.
