Examine the business you selected for P4 and investigate how these opportunities and changes have been successful.

Examine your selected business again and identify the challenges that it faces. The 'challenges' in the list below are typical threats that online businesses might face:

 

· Channel conflict

· Payment security

· Meeting customer expectations

· Overload of market feedback

· Keeping pace with technological change

· Legal complexity

· Linguistic and cultural sensitivity

Please note, you will only be able to submit merits and distinctions if you have met the deadline for all the pass criteria (as above) and have achieved at least 80% attendance in class.
